Laurie is a master certified Life Coach/Career Strategist. She coaches and consults with entrepreneurs and professionals in life planning, career development and transitions. She is a skilled and inspirational coach, facilitator and speaker. She brings dedication, quality, compassion, creativity and spirit to her work. Laurie works closely with individuals and groups in the areas of visioning, planning and getting to their next big thing. One of Laurie's primary specialities as a coach is assisting adults to sustain their personal renewal throughout their many roles and responsibilities, effectively integrating their personal and career goals. She guides clients in their change process by assisting them to first understand where they are and then build a bridge to move forward to where they want to be.
Laurie developed her company, Creating At Will®, in 1994. Prior to starting her own company, Laurie spent over ten years both in her own career and personal development and the training and developing of others. This included management and administrative positions in the corporate and legal environments. She was project manager, implementing life changing retreat programs for youth, with the Los Angeles Youth At Risk Foundation. Additionally, she was a personnel manager for a department of a large international seminar program.
The programs Laurie offers are the accumulation of her experience and training both formal and practical, in career development as well as the creative arts. These programs provide opportunities to create "well-rounded" solutions for addressing new challenges and changes. They range from one-on-one coaching for individuals, to workshops, presentations and retreats for business groups. Laurie's intention is to be a resource to assist her clients so that their desired results can be defined and accomplished with balance, while maximizing their potential. Her commitment to continued growth and development of herself and her clients is furthered through active collaborations with several professional associations*.
