The Commercial Real Estate Review ( ref. as "CRER") news portal was established on October 10th, 2005. The purpose of this news portal is to report on news about the commercial and industrial real estate industry. The CRER news portal is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Norris Communication Co.
The owner of Norris Communication Company, Pete Norris, says that he had been engaged in the appraisal industry for twenty years before establishing the CRER.
Norris also says that he earned the MAI commercial real estate appraiser designation during the years that he was an active appraiser. The Appraisal Institute is the organization that confers the MAI appraiser designation.
