Crazy Lucy's Steak Rub is a dry/wet rub that is great on Grilled Beef, Pork and Chicken (we also use it on Fish, but that's something else all together!). Just coat your favorite cut of meat and let it set for an hour, then grill. Crazy Lucy's Steak Rub is also a great dry rub for Bar-B-Qing!! Crazy Lucy's Steak Rub was created by Ed Heffernan. I was trying to achieve a dry rub flavor that was close to that of my favorite Steakhouse.
