You may not know, but of the people counted in the 2000 U.S. Census, an average of one in five people had some type of long lasting condition or disability. CPtoCPA.com was designed to encourage and support persons with disabilities while educating the other four out of five citizens about disabilities and what persons with disabilities can do.
