I recently purchased a new Polaris Ranger from Cowtown Powersports, which I really like, but found the purchase to be one big hassle. I was given the run around on pricing, was overcharged on labor for adding some accessories, which were also over priced.
As a (now former) parts customer, I can attest that Cowtown Powersports has gone down hill, ever since Jimmy Lewis has been the General Manager.
He is extremely rude, arrogant and condescending, which I am sure has cost him (and the dealership) numerous customers. In fact, several friends who had made previous purchases at Cowtown, related the same type of behavior and suggested that I make my purchase elsewhere. Unfortunately, I didn't listen to them and had to find out the hard way.
In the future, I will be taking my parts, sales and service needs to Four Wheels of Texas, due in part to Cowtown's outrageous labor rate, which is $110.00 per hour and so I wouldn't have to deal with him again.
I strongly suggest everyone avoid this dealership, unless you don't mind getting the run around, paying too much and enjoy having your time wasted.
