We recognized a need for a more intimate and sincere relationship between the patient, caregivers and hospice personnel. The staff and selfless volunteers of Covenant Care are committed to fulfilling the principle of "tender loving care", a promise which we hold sacred. We encourage and facilitate each patient to live their daily life to its maximum. The caregiver is also given support and aid in enhancing the end-of-life experience for their loved one.
