Covenant Care (CC) provides skilled nursing and assisted living services to individuals who can no longer care for themselves. We operate 50 facilities located in CA, IL, IN, IA, NE, NV and OH. In addition, we provide therapy services to our residents and those of other long-term care facilities. Each of our employees approaches their day-to-day job with the simple philosophy that "We are Family, Serving Families".
