- Courier Systems has humble beginnings. Back in 1979, Nigel was working for a small electronics firm on the South Coast of England, where he started dabbling in the newly emerging world of micro computers. Of course, back then computers did not look like the grey boxes sitting on most peoples desks today, in fact, they did not really exist in a complete form at all, they had to be built from scratch or from a kit of parts. The idea of writing a program to make a machine do something really captured his imagination!
