Description
Bill has 30 years of investigation and security experience. He has investigated theft, fraud, corporate espionage, money-laundering, economic and technological crime, conspiracy, terrorism and other serious or sensitive matters. Bill worked at KPMG Investigation and Security Inc., now known as KPMG Forensic, where he was Vice President.
Bill is a veteran Non-Commissioned Officer of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, Canada’s national police force. He retired from the RCMP in 1996 following a distinguished 20 year career. Bill was a senior investigator for most of his service and he served on teams that protected internationally protected persons (VIPs).
In 2001, Bill formed Cotter Services Inc. ("CSI"), an investigation and security business specializing in corporate investigations, business intelligence, litigation support and security management consulting.
