- Costello-Childs Contemporary Fine Art is located in the historic “Gold Spot” building in the Roosevelt Historic District of downtown Phoenix, Arizona. The “Gold Spot”, built in the early 1920’s, has undergone extensive renovation, retaining much of its vintage feeling as well as offering an ideal contemporary exhibition space - with exposed beams, scored concrete floors, great ambient light and 15 ft. ceilings. The gallery also features a large private courtyard that, along with hosting special events, is utilized to display larger outdoor sculpture.
