The Cornell HR Review is a graduate student organization whose primary purpose is to publish a body of human resources (HR) scholarship. The Review is published periodically throughout the year and is available exclusively online. The volunteer staff comprises professional and doctoral students at Cornell’s School of Industrial & Labor Relations and the S.C. Johnson Graduate School of Management, with student editors making all editorial and organizational decisions.
