Title

New Holland Tractors, Bush Hog, New Holland Contruction Deals!

Description

"My great-great grandfather started this business in the mid 1850's by selling mules for pulling plows. My grandfather sold mules until the early 1900's, and then sold the first Allis-Chalmers tractors that were built. The first dealership is still operated by my uncle. The hayloft and stables from long ago are still intact. Currently, he is still a tractor dealer. My father, Charles Corriher Sr., worked at his father's dealership when he was a kid, just like me. I've spent most of my life here since I was 2 years old. My father attended The Citadel, served in WWII, and came back to graduate from The Citadel with honors. He came back to a fully stocked Allis-Chalmers dealership in Newton, NC in December of 1946. We switched to Ford in 1968, and I have been through a lot of changes, one of which being Ford becoming New Holland." - Ted Corriher
