Cop Network was developed for Law Enforcement in an effort to provide information about upcoming classes as well as training. For many years, officers who were trying to obtain advanced certificates in an effort to better themselves add their departments, were having problems locating training classes. While on the other hand you had instructors who were trying to plan and write classes that people would want to attend, but had no means for getting their class out there. Well with the use of the internet, we have tried to bridge that gap. By allowing students to search for classes offered in their area while allowing instructors to publish and advertise their classes online.
The most important aspect about Cop Network is the fact that the entire design, development and implementation was done by cops. Every line of code, html, asp and images were created by law enforcement officers looking to better themselves, other officers, and their community.
In an effort to be better than we are, we need your help. If you see something wrong, or something that can be better please let us know. Remember Cop Network is as much yours as it is ours. In the mean time have fun and be safe.
