Cool Reef assembles chillers and specialty heat exchangers to fit your needs. Need the chiller to be outside your home or business? We manufacture a line of split system chillers for applications where heat, noise, and space are an issue. Let us know your requirements. If our standard products can not be modified to work for your application, we can custom design a water or fluid chiller and heat exchanger for you.
Our chillers are made in the most efficient and compact design. We incorporate a flow-thru design that mounts the heat exchanger outside of the chiller allowing for easy installation and eliminating temperature gain to the water from heat output of the chiller. We also manufacture a Premium Chiller design using an inline pump, customized in-sump titanium coil, and super quiet condensing unit. Chiller operations are controlled by electronic temperature controllers with digital readout to +/- 1°F.
Cool Reef was founded in 1999, by Jeff Massay, who identified a need for quality aquatic chillers for residential aquariums. Over the past couple of years Cool Reef has grown to become Cool Reef Industries offering Aquatic Chillers, Pool & Spa Chillers, Heat Exchangers and Aquatic Habitats. Cool Reef Industries Continually develops innovative designs for use in residential, commercial, research and public aquariums as well as live seafood holding tanks.
