Description
I am a former electrical contractor. I hold an Unlimited Electrical Contractors Licensed in North Carolina and South Carolina. Although my first and only love is being an electrician, I am also a South Carolina licensed building contractor. I am certified by the North Carolina Code Officials Qualification Board and hold a Level III (unlimited) inspectors certification as a Code Enforcement Official. I am also certified by the North Carolina State Board of Examiners of Electrical Contractors to conduct and teach continuing education required for license renewals for NC licensed electrical contractors. In addition to my electrical certifications, I am certified by the North Carolina Department of Insurance as an inspector for Building, Plumbing and Mechanical installations.
I love to write and talk about the National Electrical Code to others. I put this web site up to help you and others in our field. I wanted to provide a place where we could discuss ideas and problems. I will try to help any way I can by answering your questions. Almost everything here is free of charge. I offer continuing education for license renewals in certain states as well as offer books and videos to help those who are interested in getting an electrical license.
