Conecta4 Solutions, S.L., was founded in 2003 by bringing together the vast resources and experience of Connection N&C and Mr. Ralf Pirzl. Their combined goal was to create a company that would allow people to have Communications access in locations beyond the scope of traditional providers. The Company is headquartered in Madrid, Spain, with its main field development and operations centre located in Alhaurín El Grande, Malaga.
During early 2005, Conecta4 brought to completion its Alhaurín El Grande Hotspot as a fully operational Wireless Internet Services Provider, catering to the needs at present of several hundred customers, with both ease and enjoyment. Future company road maps direct the company towards expansion of the successful Alhaurín el Grande business model, and replication in both towns and cities throughout mainland Spain and Europe.
The services we now offer extend far beyond the initial Internet Services Provider brief. With the level of technical staff now in place, more and more effort is being targeted towards the day-to-day customer services side of things. For instance, we now offer full PC repairs and maintenance to our clients, including virus removal and fault diagnosis. Also, as a result of our investment in staff we now offer a comprehensive business network maintenance service alongside the retailing of a full range of Desktop and Laptop PC's.
