At Condomania, we believe that the best way for the public to make educated choices about safer-sex products is through access to accurate, non-judgmental information. Our focus on education enables customers to feel comfortable asking questions and sharing ideas. We provide training to insure that the employees offer a supportive and friendly sounding board for customers' concerns. Condomania's vision is crucial to the prevention of unwanted pregnancies and sexually transmitted diseases, including HIV and AIDS. Our employees are trained to take complicated medical terminology, vague sexual innuendoes and misinformation that often surround the discussion of sexually transmitted diseases, and translate these into clear and practical information that can be utilized.

We recognize that safer-sex must be user friendly, and therefore we provide demonstrations that are both fun and informative. It is not unusual to find a Condomania employee stretching a standard-size condom across the length of a counter to answer a question about strength, or putting an ultra-thin condom over her/his head to respond to a question about size. We engage customers in hands-on timed breakage demonstrations that show how quickly an oil-based product will break down latex. We also encourage customers to participate in taste tests to determine the sweetest latex on the market.
