What (summary)
Move the ConnectUs claims out into a box in the middle of the page and show them for all users (not just logged in). Add a user friendly editor to add new claims and to cast votes on existing claims.
Why this is important
ConnectUs serves as the showcase new service made possible by the CompostUs redesign.

Week 1
- A ConnectUs box appears on all domain pages and any other page for which their are claims. The box will "borrow" connections from Related Domains and/or Categories when there are no claims for the page.
- The ConnectUs box displays the most relevant claims using a pluggable heuristic for relevance. The first plugin will simply find the most recent applicable claims (order by id).
Week 2
- A second plugin heuristic will use some combination of recent, author, and cast votes. It will be sufficient to show that these factors are use, but not that the heuristic is ideal.
- The ConnectUs box will offer to edit claims. Editing means
- Creating new claims with claim authoring assistance
- Perhaps clicking on links causes them to be entered in wiki syntax
- Perhaps domain names link without wiki syntax
- Perhaps there is command completion for all kinds of words
- Casting votes for all claims, true, false and who-cares?
- Changing claims (creates derivative claim, resets votes, but inherits relevance)
- Creating new claims with claim authoring assistance
Week 3
- Claims are grouped by tags
- Likely tags are suggested when a claim is edited
- A tag will be suggested as a means of selecting claims whenever there are too many claims to see
