- We can accept returns within 30 days on most vacuums and machines. In some cases, a restocking fee of up to 20% may apply and all shipping cost are the responsibility of the buyer. Returns must be in resalable condition. The customer would be responsible to pay the return shipping. You CANNOT return any product without first obtaining a Return Authorization (RA) from our office. To obtain a RA number, please contact our customer support staff by e-mail at sales@commercialvacuum.com. Any returns made without an RA number will be rejected and sent back to you at your own expense. Please note that some suppliers will charge a 20% restocking fee plus freight. Remember we are a brokerage. We outsource all of the products through different vendors and manufacturers in order to offer you the best possible price and service.
