Established in Mombasa in 1971 Consolidated Marine Contractors Limited now operate throughout the Western Indian Ocean along Africa¹s Eastern Seaboard including the Indian Ocean islands of Madagascar, Seychelles and Mauritius as well as in most parts of South East Asia.
COMARCO operates from its own, wholly-owned, base in Mombasa, Kenya comprising 5 hectares of land with deep water quay capable of accepting Ocean Going Ships up to 105 meters loa. The land area offers open and covered storage in addition to providing workshop and steel fabrication facilities for third party users of the base as well as for Comarco¹s own needs.
Comarco`s subsidiary, Kenya Marine Contractors EPZ Limited, is a licensed Export Processing Zone Operator and manages the Base as an Export Processing Zone.
