Which was started with the assistance from the Hopewell Jaycees, was formed in March 1954. Allan Loper served as the first President. The chapter charter is hanging at the Colonial Heights Public Library. Our chapter has been extremely active in the community, and we are known as a group of hard working young people who really know how to get things done! In 1984 the Supreme Court ruled the Jaycees must admit women.
