By the end of 2001, high-speed data users outside of I-270 will be connected to downtown Columbus and be offered a variety of new service providers through Columbus FiberNet (CFN). Similar to the I-270 outer belt, CFN is a 20-lane information superhighway around Columbus providing network service providers with connectivity to the Top 150 commercial broadband customers.
