- Located twenty minutes south of Boston, Coastal Art Glass has been creating original, quality art glass for use in residential, commercial, ecclesiastical, and educational facilities in the United States and several foreign countries for over thirty years. Coastal Art Glass is a family run business established in 1975 by Jane Cragin Walsh and Jim Walsh. Jane apprenticed at a local stained glass studio in high school and went on to major in art at Bridgewater State College in Bridgewater Massachusetts. Jane and Jim's daughters, Kathryn and Rebecca, have also worked at Coastal Art Glass in apprentice positions for many years, with Kathryn taking on a larger role in 2006 after graduating from college. Norwell artist / designer Maryellen Sinatra will be joining our studio in June 2007.
