Cloverleaf S.O.A. is a non-profit organization, formed in 1960. Its membership consists of owners, trainers and drivers of harness horses participating in Maryland, as well as other interested parties involved in the Standardbred racing industry.
Cloverleaf S.O.A. is recognized by the State of Maryland as the official organization representing the owners, trainers and drivers in matters dealing with the Maryland Racing Commission.
Cloverleaf S.O.A. exists for the purpose of promoting the sport of harness racing through benefits provided to the owners, trainers, drivers and grooms in the harness racing industry.
