- This site is dedicated to the JJ Abrams Produced “Cloverfield” movie hitting theaters on January 18, 2008. It is filmed using consumer video cameras similar to The Blair Witch Project. Nobody is sure if the entire thing is shot that way or not. The plot revolves around New York being attacked by “The Parasite”, a large creature/alien of some sort. Not a whole lot of information has been released yet but that is why we are here, to keep you informed.
