"Cloud of Witnesses" is a name given to the members of the "Mark Schultz Message Board". The members were given the opportunity by Mark and his Administrative staff, to submit as many names as possible that reflected Mark, his ministry, and the members of his Web Community. Once all of the names were submitted, Mark, while still very busy with the tour, chose 10 names out of the names submitted. Then, the "boardies" were allowed to vote one time for their choice of a name.
