Clear Water was established in September 1998 to address the issue of heightened enforcement of water quality regulations under the Clean Water Act and the Endangered Species Act, which led to the need for specialized erosion control and water treatment services at construction sites. Subsequently, we applied the techniques developed for use at construction sites to other commercial and industrial applications.
Clear Water was one of the first independent companies in the state authorized to perform water treatment at construction sites for others. The background of our principals in construction management, soil and water remediation, and industrial water treatment provides a clear advantage for our clients.
Nearly 25 years operational and supervisory experience in planning, design, and project management involving traditional construction, environmental remediation, and wastewater treatment.
