Clearwater Care Center is a group home setting (ICF/CC) for individuals with developmental disabilities. We provide 24-hour supervision in a comfortable home setting with a full range of client centered services. Our three homes are situated in pleasant residential neighborhoods in the community of Twin Falls, Idaho. Our program is designed for individuals who need more structure and supervision before they can integrate safely and independently within the community. Individuals who may need this level of support might include, but are not limited to, those with medical or psychiatric conditions, seizure disorders, need for behavioral management, self-care deficits, autism or cerebral palsy. All homes were built to accommodate physical disabilities.
Three homes are licensed within the state of Idaho for 6 residents and one home is licensed for 8 residents. This allows residents the choice of having their own bedroom. Individual's needs and levels of functioning are assessed within the first 30 days. Programs are developed to help each individual work toward a level of independence that is appropriate for them.
Center For Independent Living is a privately licenseddevelopmental disabilities agency (DDA) providing services in Twin Falls, Idaho and throughout the Magic Valley for 15 years. We serve adults and children with mental retardation, traumatic brain injury or other developmental disabilities. We offer a full range of services based on professional assessments of each consumer's abilities. These services may include a combination of residential habilitation, vocational services, adult or children's developmental services which can be provided in the appropriate settings such as in the home, in the center, and in the community. Programs are tailored to the individual consumer's needs and choices.
