- Clark began raising bees as a hobby in 1985 not knowing anything about bees other than he’s always had a healthy respect for them. Soon the hobby started to grow and before he knew it, he quit his real job to sell the honey in local health food stores. Then there was the question of, “What am I going to do with all this beeswax?” The answer was made clear when people asked if he could also supply them with pure and natural beeswax candles.
