The utilization of a variety of traditional and innovative educational and training delivery methods will provide learning accessibility throughout the region. The Institute will facilitate the implementation and maintenance of the concepts and philosophy of community problem solving as a primary means of reducing crime, social disorder and related problems necessary for community improvement of quality of life issues.
