After 20 years in the Air Force, Chuck was looking for a meaningful "second career” and chose to affiliate with one of the area's top real estate brokers, Greg Garrett. He gained valuable experience, spent time as Greg’s company trainer, earned a Broker's license and has been an award winner every year in the business.

Chuck has been active in the Virginia Peninsula Association of Realtors (VPAR); he was selected as Vice Chairman of the Legal Liability Committee, served on the VPAR Board of Directors and helped formulate the Real Estate Information Network contract of purchase when VPAR and Hampton Roads Realtors Association (Norfolk, Virginia Beach, etc) merged their MLS systems.
