As the newest Anglican Church in South Africa, and at the dawn of a new century, we are uniquely placed to present the Christian faith to our community and city in a new and relevant way. We believe in the real and present ministry of Jesus Christ in the forms of healing, teaching and reconciliation. We aim to obey God's command to love Him with all our hearts, to love one another as Christ has loved us, and to love our neighbours as ourselves. We are committed to the authority of the Bible and to working together in harmony with other Christians in the area. We welcome the ministry and gifts of the Holy Spirit and see each church member as having a vital role to play in the building of God's kingdom on earth. Our practice in church life currently focuses on:
Worship: To worship God in Spirit and in truth. To see worship of God as humanity's highest calling. We want to draw people into a living relationship with God using all contemporary means such as music, song and drama.
Teaching: We need to be taught how we should live and relate to God. The Bible is God's means of instructing us and we believe in applying what we learn to daily living, and bringing transformation to our City and society in the process.
