I have always considered myself a very healthy person. I take good care of myself, exercise and eat right; so it was a big surprise to me when I found myself having to deal with such a thing as chronic yeast infections. Previously, I had had one or two vaginal yeast infections which I had treated with some over the counter medication and that seemed to do the trick. I thought my problem was solved but that was not the case.
