I work for a company in MA. We only have one floating holiday which we all work inorder to have the day after thanksgiving off. BUT the company is CLOSED christmas eve and new years eve and they require us to either that a vacation day or unpaid is this legal? Its not my fault they are not open. I want to point out that they company only pays us for Christmas Day and New Years Day. Not the Eves that they are closed. Sure it’s legal.
