About ChristianRecoveryCoalition.com

The International Christian Recovery Coalition was founded in the State of Hawaii on July 30, 2009, and sponsored by Freedom Ranch Maui Incorporated, a non-profit, faith based, educational and charitable Hawaiian organization exempt from taxation as an Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(3) public charity. The trade name "International Christian Recovery Coalition" is used for the purpose of publishing Christian-oriented historical and recovery information worldwide. International Christian Recovery Coalition is a rapidly growing informal group of Christian Recovery Leaders, Workers, and newcomers who wish to participants world-wide. Its main headquarters is in Kihei, Maui, Hawaii. Its California headquarters is in Huntington Beach, California. It maintains and regularly updates its website www.ChristianRecoveryCoalition.com. Its mission is to publicize the role that God, His Son Jesus Christ, and the Bible played in the origins, history, founding, and program of the highly successful early A.A. Christian Fellowship founded in Akron, Ohio on June 10, 1935. Also to demonstrate the availability of these resources in the recovery arena today. Its theme is that "Christians in the recovery arena are not alone." There are tens, if not hundreds of thousands, of Christians who are suffering or in recovery in 12 Step Fellowships, churches, Christian Recovery Fellowships, Salvation Army and Teen Challenge and City Team residential programs, Christian and secular treatment programs, therapy, counseling, mental wards, hospitals, rehabs, detox facilities, sober living houses, sober clubs, half-way houses, prisons, jails, homeless shelters, and at-risk situations. All can receive help from Almighty God if they want it and learn how it helped establish the astonishing success rates of the early A.A. Christian Fellowship. It features the astonishing recovery successes that grew out of the work in the 1800's and early 1900's by Salvation Army, YMCA brethren, Young People's Christian Endeavor Societies, Christian Evangelists, Christian rescue missions, Rev. Samuel M. Shoemaker Jr., and the Oxford Group--A First Century Christian Fellowship. The Coalition has an Advisory Leadership Council whose members are listed on the website; and every participant is also listed on that site. Christian leaders and those in recovery who want to foster the message about God's love, power, guidance, forgiveness, strength, and deliverance as it is available per John 3:16 are welcome to contact us and become part of our effort.
