Established in 1997 as a professional, independent touring theatre company for young people, Splash Theatre Company, is known for its dynamic performances which excite and engage its audiences.
It employs professional South Australian performers and theatre workers and tours extensively across SA and interstate to reach the widest possible audience. It also conducts drama workshops.
Situated in the vibrant Central Market precinct at 116 Grote Street, Adelaide the Promethean Theatre is a well-equipped 110 seat theatre suitable for productions, meetings and presentation nights. Splash Theatre Company and Chris John Management are now based at this theatre and rehearse and perform there regularly.
