- Hugh and Linda Richardson have been breeding, training and showing Peruvian Paso horses for over 31 years. The first 21 years were spent separately as CHR Peruvians in Armstrong, British Columbia, Canada, where Hugh operated a highly successful breeding, training and show Ranch, and as Eastwind Ranch in Santa Maria, California, where Linda raised, trained and showed her horses. The experience and success of these two ranches were combined to create CHR EASTWIND RANCH when Hugh and Linda married in 1993.
