To preserve the unique flavor and smoothness of the Callebaut, we add no additional sugar. Additional sugar would mask the rich, full-bodied flavor of the chocolate. Our goal is to give you the full range of chocolate flavor. Each of our truffles and chocolates is hand-crafted to give you the ultimate chocolate experience. Our truffle genache consists of dark, and milk chocolates, nuts, cream, and professional pastry liqueur from Italy to give you a rich, expansive and unique chocolate experience you won't find anywhere else.
