In 1985 Body Integrations was founded with the vision of offering a variety of body therapies that would improve health and quality of life to family, friends and the public. Since 1985, the owners Bill and Mary Nicol learned all they could about natural body therapies and have integrated those therapies into the practice.
Why Chiropractic? Working on individuals over the years we realized that some clients had spine problems contributing to their tight muscles and often the muscles refuse to relax completely even with a vigorous massage. A spinal joint with restricted movement causes additional tension on the attached muscles causing them to become tight and painful. Likewise a tight muscle can cause the adjacent spinal joint to become fixed or restricted and this can cause a dull pain in the area. Clearly relaxing the muscles with massage therapy and freeing the spinal joints through chiropractic work together to create the best outcome.
Good nutrition does much more than help the overall functioning of the body. Nutritional deficiencies can cause problems such as muscle spasms or osteoporosis, directly affect muscle and bone function. We believe it is essential to integrate nutritional analysis into your total health fitness program.
