WHO AM I?
Welcome to our great children's bookstore! We have been selling children's books for over 10 years and have had a lot of fun. We are a small family run business trying to compete with those giants by doing a better job, offering better quality and REAL customer service. You can actually talk to me!
Our store allows us to be able to take in stray animals and provide them a good safe home. We neuter pets and keep up their shots while trying to find them a new home. We have cats, dogs and horses. But without your support we couldn't do this.
Payment & Shipping Methods We accept checks, money orders, credit cards and Paypal. We can bill libraries or universities with a proper PO. PAYMENTS - SHIPPING- RETURNS:
PAYMENT: We accept checks, money orders, credit cards and Paypal. We can bill libraries or universities with a proper PO. SHIPPING: We mail books within 24 hours of payment when possible. We normally use US Post Office Media mail, but can make other arrangements if you need faster delivery .. just contact me. On bulk purchase, we may use the Post Office or UPS Ground based on who will get it to you quickest, safest and less costly. International orders are figured individually and we use US Mail both Surface Mail and Airmail. On very large purchases we can use the M-Bag but delivery takes 4-6 months. RETURNS: You can return any book for any reason within 5 days of receipt for a full refund. Just please be fair with us. Before you return the book you MUST call or email me for an authorization number for a full refund. It's that easy.
