Sarina Stone is a Certified Massage Therapist who has spent more than a decade studying the ancient art of Chi Nei Tsang (Internal Organs Chi Massage) and Medical Chi Kung under the supervision of Taoist Grand Master, Mantak Chia; founder of the Universal Tao Institute.
Her dedicated study of both Eastern and Western massage and stress relief has provided the basis for her lighthearted approach to the often complicated field of wellness and self-realization. These user-friendly techniques have made her an internationally sought after massage therapist and instructor.
In addition to her own practice, based in St. Paul, Minnesota, USA, Ms. Stone is a practitioner for the Universal Tao Institute in Thailand and North America. She is an instructor to Certified Massage Therapists and other health professionals, and has edited two books on Medical Chi Kung and Chi Nei Tsang. Additionally, she has produced an educational video on women's health, and a set of three instructional CD's on relaxation techniques for stress relief and wellness. Her lectures have been made available through the internet; and she has had several guest spots on both radio and television.
