Very Disappointed
The Cheesecake Factory was always one of my favorite places to eat but my last experience there was nothing to write home about. Last Sunday, November 6, 2006 I took my lady friend there for her birthday dinner and was very disappointed. The young man, our server was a bit rough around the edges – definitely needed some more training, and the hostess forgot about my friend’s birthday. We quietly finished our dinner and left. The Cheesecake Factory will definitely not be our choice next year.
