Circles Art, Inc. is the North America Coordinator for the International Cheemah Monument Project. Circles has been directed by Wyolah Garden since 1986.
Circles is a non-profit educational and charitable art service corporation, located in the San Francisco Bay Area of California, U.S.A. It has been operating since 1986 in the United States as a 501(c)(3) non-profit, educational, charitable, public benefit corporation. Its purpose is to assist California artists whose primary objective in their art forms is to create statements and images that inspire people to work together to improve the quality of life for all people.
a. Provide, operate and maintain facilities for the general public to meet with and learn from multi-cultural artists from rural communities, for the purpose of career development and technical training and exposure for both underprivileged youths and adults choosing art as a first or new career. We provide opportunities for underserved constituencies whose access to opportunity in these realms is severely limited by funding and distance.
