Returns and Exchanges
Merchandise can be returned up to 30 days from the shipment date. Merchandise must be returned according to the instructions below. Used or incomplete merchandise cannot be accepted, since we only sell new merchandise. Merchandise may be subject to 30% minimum restocking fee, depending on its condition. All returns are available as in store credit or exchange only. Please keep all boxes, warranties and owner's manuals when you receive them. They are very important in the event merchandise is damaged, becomes defective or needs to be returned. No returns will be accepted on painted, modified, "Custom" or "Special Order" items. Please pre-fit these items before painting. Electrical items are non-returnable.
Truck Freight - These items are too large for standard ground shipping and are shipped via Common Carrier (semi-truck). All items marked as shipping by truck freight have online shipping rates that reflect shipping to a commercial (business) address. Any shipment to a non-commercial address (residence) will be assessed an additional $50 residential delivery fee.
