Chalet Lounge is proudly hosted by Tom Broxton and Sarah Hingston. Tom is a Londoner and Sarah is originally from New Zealand, having been lured away to London by Tom.
The 2003-2004 season was our first winter season in Chamonix, and after an amazing time, cooking, hanging out with our guests and exploring the beautiful Chamonix valley (we are each equally accomplished in both skiing and boarding) we returned again last winter, and hope to continue for many winters to come too. We have finally decided to make the break from those flat landscapes forever and move here for the summers as well.
Sarah's main emphasis in the chalet is on delivering fantastic food. A graphic designer by profession, she channels her creative energy into creating cullinary masterpieces, and the results are legendary.
