The three most important things in my life are my husband and family; interacting with my friends and getting to know new people; and a great love of the outdoors and the activities mother nature offers up to us.
I am a graduate of Portland State University with degrees in Speech & Communications and Physical Education and an ordained non-denominational minister. Combining my great love of sports and the outdoors and my public speaking background allows me to offer adventure style weddings to couples wanting to exchange their vows while participating in outdoor activities. I also love to perform the most traditional of weddings, finding great joy and pleasure in seeing the love and joy that couples share on their wedding day. I feel like I have the best job in the whole world.
I love to backpack and have made it to the bottom of the Grand Canyon and the top of Mount Lassen. I am a certified scuba diver and love to snorkel. I like horseback riding. I have sea kayaked and white water river rafted for many years and have recently fallen in love with white water kayaking. I love sailing. I am an avid gardener and some say a gourmet cook. I know several crafts such as stained glass, pottery, basketry and quilting. I do bonsai and there is hardly anything that I can think of that beats sitting down with a good book.
