Central Illinois Ag has evolved from a one-man blacksmith shop in 1898 to a multi-line equipment dealership with 70+ experienced employees. Steady growth of the business can be attributed to a series of mergers/consolidations beginning in 1984. On January 1, 2001, the merger of Schmidt-Marcotte, Inc. and George H. Dunn, Inc. brought together over 200 years of family ownership and pride, under one new name: Central Illinois Ag. We are presently in our 5th generation of family ownership.
