CCMG - Construction Contracts Mediators Group
Description
CCMG's prime objective is to provide the construction industry with access to a group of reliable mediators. Each mediator specialises in construction contract disputes, and has experience of the difficulties that can arise which need to be overcome in order to enable construction contract disputes to be settled amicably, economically, and on terms acceptable to the parties.
Through acting either as independent experts, legal advisers, arbitrators or mediators, members have experience in the resolution of construction contract disputes and the problems to which they give rise.
The members of CCMG are listed in the Members section of this website, which includes a short CV of each member listed. The parties to a dispute are left to appoint the mediator of their choice, based on the information provided and, where appropriate, the parties' own independent inquiries.
