Her experience as a nurse and Catholic convinced her that there was a need for some small gift that could give a spiritual spark to those who are hospitalized. The concept that inspired her was a thought of an angel descending, carrying an old and well-traveled briefcase. Within would be those things that might lift the spirits in a way different from a flower or a greeting card. By demand, the care packages have evolved into a gift for any occasion, a coworker who is out sick, a friend who is feeling down or a teen experiencing uncertainty.
