Casa de Campo Texas Alpaca Ranch was established in 2003. While driving in the country one Sunday afternoon we came upon a small farm with several alpacas. An immediate interest in these beautiful animals was sparked and that interest grew into ranch visits, attending alpaca shows, lengthy research, and ultimately to the acquisition of our first alpaca, Chardonnay. She was soon joined by others and the herd has continued to grow due to carefully selected acquisitions and breedings.
